What will you Learn:

  • These courses teach you how to turn a green idea into a structured, fundable, market-ready project—building a sustainable business model, using digital tools and circular economy practices, finding and managing EU/public funding, and confidently pitching and promoting your idea through storytelling and digital marketing.
Target Groups

This training course has been designed and developed for the following targets:

  • The course supports young and aspiring green entrepreneurs—especially from underrepresented communities—by building their skills and confidence to turn sustainable ideas into viable projects. It covers green and circular economy principles, practical business model design, access to EU/public funding, and key soft skills like communication, digital marketing, and pitching to help them launch impactful, sustainable businesses.

Description

This course helps young green entrepreneurs turn sustainable ideas into structured, fundable, and impactful business projects. It combines practical business tools, digital skills, funding know-how, and communication techniques, with a strong focus on sustainability, circular economy principles, and social impact—tailored for small and micro businesses. It includes five modules:

  • Green Business Modelling & Digital Transformation (sustainable models, Lean Canvas/SWOT, SMART goals, digital tools)
  • EU & Public Financing (grants, loans, crowdfunding, investment; matching funding to business stage)
  • Content Marketing & Storytelling (audience, branding, low-cost content creation, authentic green messaging)
  • Pitching (clear, confident presentation of value, impact, and next steps)
  • From Idea to Fundable Project (applications, eligibility, budgeting, risk management, evaluation, responsible funding use).

Overall, the course offers a practical and structured framework that supports participants in building sustainable businesses, communicating their ideas effectively, accessing funding opportunities, and managing growth responsibly.


Objectives

The course equips participants to develop, present, finance, and manage sustainable green business ideas. It covers green and circular economy principles, practical business modelling, access to EU/public funding, and key skills in digital marketing, storytelling, pitching, and basic project and financial management—helping turn ideas into fundable, manageable initiatives.
