Description

This training programme has been realised in the framework of the Youth Re-Working Rural project. The idea at the ground of this course is to equip young people with general knowledge and skills necessary to start and manage co-working space as well as to give them insights about entrepreneurship in 3 specific sectors.


Course Units

The project aims to:

  • MODULE 1- IDEA DEVELOPMENT: VISION, CREATIVITY, SPOTTING OPPORTUNITIES
  • MODULE 2- LEARN FROM OTHER: LEARNING FROM OTHER EXPERIENCES, GOOD PRACTICES AND CASE STUDIES ON SUCCESSFUL COWORKING SPACES
  • MODULE 3- ETHICS: STRATEGICALLY ETHICAL AND SUSTAINABLE THINKING
  • MODULE 4- ETHICS: STRATEGICALLY ETHICAL AND SUSTAINABLE THINKING
  • MODULE 5- MARKETING: MARKETING STRATEGY, B2B, B2C, DIGITAL MARKETING, MARKETING MIX
  • MODULE 6- FINANCE: FINANCIAL LITERACY, FINANCIAL PLAN, MANAGING FINANCE OF CO-WORKING SPACE
  • MODULE 7- SOFT SKILLS: WORKING WITH OTHERS,MOBILISING OTHER, MANAGING TEAM, SMART WORKING ENVIRONMENT IN LEADING A CO-WORKING SPACE
  • MODULE 8- ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN ICT AND TECHNOLOGY
  • MODULE 9- ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN ART and CRAFT
  • MODULE 10- ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN TOURISM
